Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volumes, processing times may be delayed. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay with their order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship across Australia and selected international destinations.
If your location is not available during checkout, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided are correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for returned parcels or redelivery requests.
Authority to Leave
By selecting Authority to Leave (ATL), customers agree that parcels may be left unattended at the delivery address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
We may request photos of damaged items and packaging to assist with courier investigations.
International Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
