Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for change-of-mind purchases, including incorrect selection, sizing, or simply no longer wanting the item.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
